Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
  • Monitor product levels and ensure payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales floor and ensure that Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
  • Partner with community businesses and organizations to promote our mission and values.
  • Act as a Goodwill ambassador to the community and represent our organization in a professional and positive manner.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that Team Members are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties and responsibilities.
  • Manage complex sales transactions, including customer returns, and ensure that Team Members are operating per company standards and procedures.
  • Travel to other locations to assist with store operations and attend training and development classes.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
  • One-year customer service experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
