About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Clearance Sales Representative to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and selling clearance business, supporting sales directors and key account representatives, and executing clearance channel reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales directors and key account representatives in all aspects of the clearance business, including creation of clearance packages, sell-in, order integration and tracking, and reporting.
  • Update clearance sales tools, including inventory lists, internal and external package documents, sales tracking and order integration files, and external customer recaps.
  • Execute clearance channel reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Process customer pricing and POs for account operations submission, managing and resolving pricing discrepancies, order blocks, and credit issues.
  • Support logistics inquiries from internal teams and customers, including PO extensions, pull-forwards, shortages, and other related matters.
  • Support sales development processes and tools related to clearance availability and pricing, developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clearance accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn Power BI.
  • Retail math experience and understanding of retail terminology.
  • Self-motivated and able to take on and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a growth mindset and ambition to grow within the organization.
  • Ability to portray a confident and winning attitude in challenging business interactions.
  • Ability to work in the Portland office minimum 3 days a week, with a full-time contract.
