**Job Summary**

This Sales Development Representative position at CoreSite presents an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth. You will work closely with the Inside Sales and Marketing teams to qualify new leads, build pipeline, and collaborate on sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead Identification: Utilize SDR sales training, strategies, platforms, and marketing resources to identify potential customers and their needs.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop personalized pitches and product pitches, leveraging knowledge of target prospect personas, assigned regional industries, top companies, metro areas, data center locations, competitors, and other relevant data.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with individual sales representatives in assigned regions to generate target account lists, set meetings, and appointments.
  • Performance Metrics and Feedback: Monitor and provide critical feedback on campaign success, quality of inbound leads, SDR tools, and platforms.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
  • Sales Excellence: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, maintaining prescribed monthly frequency for cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Education and Experience:** Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; 1+ years in a sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
