Position Details:
Full-time, 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday, in a year-round educational environment. This is not a remote role.

Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Effective public relations skills
Capacity to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
Ability to operate independently in various situations
Proficient in problem-solving and interpreting diverse instructions
Ability to respond physically to active and aggressive students while maintaining professional boundaries
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree
- Washington teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement or eligibility
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Training or willingness to learn crisis management techniques
Ability to maintain various postures for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and respond swiftly to active situations involving students.
Other Requirements:
Criminal background clearance, valid driver's license with a clean record, and verified auto insurance.
Working Environment:
Exposure to moderate noise levels and potential environmental conditions, including heat and cold. Physical activity is required, with a risk of injury due to the nature of the role.
