About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Training Project Coordinator. As a key member of our Global Training Organization, you will provide project coordination support to our team and general administrative support to our managers and directors.
You will be responsible for coordinating critical training projects and activities, including project management, managing to milestones, coordinating training curricula, maintaining records, managing LMS administration, creating reports and business updates, coordinating training courses and program logistics.
You will also communicate with a wide array of stakeholders, including internal Global Training Leadership, Global Trainers, regional trainers and marketers, and customers, including physician faculty.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate critical training projects and activities, including project management, managing to milestones, coordinating training curricula, maintaining records, managing LMS administration, creating reports and business updates, coordinating training courses and program logistics
- Communicate with a wide array of stakeholders, including internal Global Training Leadership, Global Trainers, regional trainers and marketers, and customers, including physician faculty
- Coordinate and maintain departmental files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and government regulations
- Basic to intermediate knowledge and understanding of business processes and requirements
- Frequently handle confidential or business-sensitive information
- Follow purchasing and requisition procedures, Corporate Security and Privacy Rules, Corporate Branding Guidelines, and Copy Center procedures (if applicable)
- Use basic to intermediate software skills to perform work as assigned
- Use and understand Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software, including the Corporate Travel Web site, and employee performance management systems (as applicable)
- May support tracking budget expenditures, maintaining and manage calendars, including meeting and travel scheduling and domestic and international travel arrangements; proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts; managing correspondence, processing expense reports, meeting/event planning; creating or modifying business documents, preparing presentations from source materials
- High School Diploma / GED
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience. Some college preferred
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience or equivalent
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and Outlook
