Phlebotomy Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Phlebotomy Specialist with TalentBurst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services. Your primary responsibility will be to collect high-quality blood samples from patients, while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
- Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and laboratory staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory procedures and technologies.
- Work collaboratively with the laboratory team to ensure efficient and accurate sample processing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
