Phlebotomy Specialist

As a Phlebotomy Specialist with Equiliem Healthcare, you will play a vital role in the healthcare ecosystem by collecting and processing blood samples for diagnostic testing. Under the direction of the area supervisor, you will perform daily activities accurately and on time, maintaining a safe and professional environment. Your excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric, will be essential in providing quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process blood samples for forensic and clinical purposes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
- Minimum of 6 months experience in phlebotomy or a related field.
