Physician Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician Associate to join our team at the University of California, Irvine Department of Medicine.
Responsibilities- Oversee the infectious diseases patient population to ensure maximum therapy and appropriate drug administration.
- Evaluate patient progress and chart all interactions in compliance with CMS standards.
- Follow Department of Medicine policies and procedures.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Diseases.
- Current, unrestricted California Medical License.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
- Current DEA License.
- Current ACLS Certificate.
- Remain in good standing with the Department of Medicine, adhering to UC and Departmental policies and procedures.
- Submit encounter forms or dictations on date of service.
- Complete online CBT requirements by the deadline.
- Do not appear on the Medical Staff Delinquency List.
- Background Check and Live Scan.
- Legal Right to work in the United States.
- Vaccination Policies.
- Smoking and Tobacco Policy.
- Drug Free Environment.
