**Job Summary**

The Forklift Operator I is a critical member of our production team, responsible for the movement of material from inventory to production and back to inventory. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate a forklift to move material from one location to another, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and production, including tracking and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Participate in safety programs and meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the production team.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 9th grade basic education.
  • No minimum experience required, but forklift driving experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques.
  • Ability to successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
