About the Role

Pete's RV Center is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an RV Orientation Specialist. This role is an integral part of our Service department, working closely with the Sales and Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Service and Sales Managers to schedule RV deliveries and ensure a smooth handover to customers.
  • Conduct thorough RV orientation walk-throughs, demonstrating equipment and components to customers.
  • Review and complete inspection checklists with customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Recommend RV accessories and services to enhance the customer's RVing experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of service and client interactions, adhering to warranty and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on factory recalls and announcements, ensuring the dealership remains compliant.
  • Collaborate with the Service team to ensure all necessary parts are charged and re-priced as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates on RV readiness and addressing any concerns.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain composed under stress.
  • Above-average computer and internet skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow tasks as assigned, with a focus on maintaining an Excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
