Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled World Markets Operations Specialist to join our team at EverBank. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing daily processing of funds settlement and maintaining daily work files while adhering to established department procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process incoming and outgoing foreign and domestic currency wires.
  • Maintain daily settlement records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with audit requests and testing of system enhancements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Review, submit, and monitor collection and credit of foreign drafts sent to collection with foreign financial institutions.
  • Batch and deposit incoming checks and credit customers accordingly.
  • Process account to account transfers and intercompany payments.
  • Send SWIFT messages to trace non-receipt of customer and broker payments and incoming payments with insufficient information to properly credit our customers.
  • Update the foreign currency rates on the Business Online Banking (BOB) system.
  • Process all customer fees and fees posted to our statements for foreign correspondent bank accounts.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No experience required.
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work.
  • Career Level: 2IC.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • World Markets/Foreign exchange operations experience.
    • Knowledgeable of regulatory requirements.
    • Very detail-oriented.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, strong typing skills.
