Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple construction projects in the Richmond metro area of Virginia. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience supervising multi-discipline projects with a budget ranging from $500,000 to $5,000,000.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising construction teams on-site
  • Coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Scheduling and project timelines
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Over 10 years of experience as a construction superintendent or manager
  • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and use of a company vehicle.
