We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing + Communications Group at American Structurepoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and submit high-quality proposals that showcase our expertise and drive business growth.
  • Prepare A/E proposals, qualification documents, and presentations for assigned A/E disciplines.
  • Assist the proposal director and proposal marketing managers in mentoring new staff and training proposal coordinators.
  • Provide quality control and quality assurance of proposal deliverables.
  • Facilitate strategic kickoff meetings and coordinate with A/E teaming partners.
  • Communicate with all levels of staff, including executives, engineers, architects, project managers, and technical staff.
  • Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Research and maintain competitor analysis and market research.
  • Uphold company brand standards and maintain proposal standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • At least five years of proposal development experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Proficient in the use of Deltek Vision.
  • Experience developing and submitting proposals to various agencies across the US.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to rework technical content for a wider audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build excellent working relationships.
  • Organized, self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
