Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication and Liaison:
Collaborate closely with the international parent organization to ensure that all communications are consistent with the company's branding. Create and implement bilingual guidelines for global partners.

Foster and strengthen relationships with essential stakeholders, including the sales team, technical service veterinarians, influential leaders, distribution partners, and key clients as assigned.

Work alongside internal teams to devise tailored strategies and tactical solutions that align with clients' product portfolios, market goals, brand vision, and objectives.

Market Analysis:
Assist in executing marketing initiatives, developing analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of communications. Collect competitive data and analyze pricing, sales strategies, marketing techniques, and distribution channels. Conduct market research to evaluate product potential and communicate findings to management. Anticipate market demand, monitor sales trends, and optimize inventory levels.

Creative Development:

Collaborate with graphic design partners to create marketing materials that effectively convey brand value and stimulate growth.

Conduct interviews with veterinarians and technical experts to gather insights for publishing technical briefs. Maintain a positive public perception of the company's achievements.

Support the successful introduction of new products and indications, and plan the company's participation in trade shows and veterinary conferences.

Relationship Management:

Serve as a brand ambassador to cultivate strategic partnerships with agencies, consultants, and media inquiries that impact product sales.

Identify opportunities to enhance market service offerings with both new and existing clients.

Qualifications:
Proficient in qualitative and quantitative marketing models and research methodologies. Experienced with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and Hootsuite.

Capable of producing high-quality graphics and visual content for marketing materials using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Arc Time Pro.

Excellent interviewing skills and experience in engaging with subject matter experts. Strong communication abilities to coordinate projects within the organization and with diverse third-party partners. Some travel may be required.
