Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team at PF Holdings LLC Defunct. Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate with tank personnel to ensure that all pre-job requirements are met, and oversee the logistics of transportation and material-moving equipment.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Perform a full range of supervisory responsibilities, including training, scheduling of work, grievances, performance counseling, and recommendations for promotions, demotions, and termination of employment.
  • Customer Service: Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and communicate with them regarding job details, progress, and completion.
  • Operations Management: Analyze and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective services for customers, and ensure that all relevant policies and procedures are followed.
  • Crew Management: Ensure that crew members are meeting customer and company requirements, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with two to four years of work-related skill, knowledge, experience, or vocational training preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, as well as relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies for promoting effective local, state, or national security operations.
  • Physical and Mental Demands: Able to read, speak, and write English, with strong physical and mental health to maintain a demanding workload, and able to work under stressful conditions at times.
Working Conditions
  • Availability: Position requires 24-hour availability, with 7-day weeks when workload demands, with time off scheduled per current workload and other staff availability.
  • Communication: Able to answer telephone calls 24 hours as work conditions dictate.
