We are currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager to oversee critical projects within our client's organization.

Position: IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Directing a broad spectrum of technological initiatives and services to align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Engaging with stakeholders both within and outside of IT to comprehend the evolving demands in the End User Services (EUS) domain.
  • Creating and sustaining security reports to deliver real-time compliance insights.
  • Staying informed about emerging trends in information security risks and integrating new methodologies in line with overarching security goals.
  • Overseeing essential monitoring functions across all applications and infrastructure services.
  • Collaborating with the cybersecurity operations center to address urgent cyber alerts and incidents.
  • Coordinating operational responses across all IT divisions.
  • Enhancing the organization's capabilities in End User Support, Network Operations Center (NOC), and Service Desk.
  • Facilitating seamless integration within and between IT sectors by optimizing requests received by EUS or the Service Desk.
  • Establishing a clear and ambitious vision for the team and effectively communicating it to the Infrastructure and Operations team and external partners.
  • Managing service provider performance to ensure adherence to SLAs, deliverables, and obligations.
  • Developing metrics with service providers to assess key areas impacting service delivery to clients.
  • Verifying vendor compliance with SLAs and overseeing monthly vendor payments in conjunction with the Vendor Management Office.
  • Administering asset inventory and internal budgeting for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the team and the vendor, refining existing SLAs and evaluating potential new SLAs for vendor service management.
  • Overseeing projects, including resource allocation, scope definition, budget management, scheduling, and overall project planning.
  • Monitoring industry trends and best practices to formulate strategies for EUS, NOC, and Service Desk operations.
  • Communicating and influencing strategic direction while representing IT at senior executive meetings.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least four (4) years in IT Infrastructure and Operations across any industry; or
  • Master's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years in IT Infrastructure and Operations across any industry.
