Position Summary

We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized construction project leader to enhance our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing superintendents, subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets. The ideal candidate must possess the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have five (5) years of experience in commercial construction management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial projections
  • Coordinate and oversee schedules for clients and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients on design-build construction projects
  • Order and manage materials and equipment
  • Provide internal reporting and financial projections
  • Monitor and supervise construction project progress, providing updates on timelines and adjustments
  • Perform cost estimation tasks
  • Ensure timely project completion within budget constraints
  • Manage the submittal and RFI processes
  • Negotiate and develop change orders
  • Complete project closeout procedures
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Lead a team of employees while managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Expertise in adhering to strict budgetary guidelines
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Maintain accurate attention to detail
  • Analyze problems and devise effective solutions
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management software
  • Organized with the ability to create various timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and clients

Must Pass E-Verify

Must Pass Background Check & Drug Testing (project-specific basis)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in federal construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Willingness to travel is a plus
  • Current CQM Certification
  • 40Hr EM certification is a plus
