Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Address maintenance requests from residents promptly.
- Ensure the property’s aesthetic appeal and cleanliness are maintained.
- Carry out repairs to building exteriors and communal areas as directed by the Supervisor.
- Execute unit turnovers efficiently.
- Perform tasks related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repair.
- Follow the company's safety protocols, participate in safety meetings, and execute all duties safely.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and on-call duties.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- A valid driver's license along with vehicle registration and insurance is required.
- Must be available for on-call duty and weekends.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of a Trade School or Maintenance Training Program is preferred.
- Experience with HVAC systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus but not required.
