Senior Associate, Construction Safety Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Safety Program Manager to join our team at Pfizer. As a key member of our Global Workplace Experience (GWE) team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive construction safety program that ensures the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and the public.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a construction safety program that meets or exceeds industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement a safety data management system to track and analyze safety performance metrics.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on the latest safety standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety, with a focus on program management and implementation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
