About the Job: Adam Search Group is partnering with a reputable company in the Columbus, Ohio area to hire a Site Development Civil Engineering Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial, residential, mixed-use, or municipal land development projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and designing land development projects from start to finish. Your expertise in regulatory compliance, budgeting, and team leadership will ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Design: Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments, collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop project plans.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and approvals for land development projects, stay updated on zoning laws and land use regulations.
  • Budgeting, Cost Management, Contract Management: Develop project budgets and timelines, identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality, negotiate and manage contracts with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and positive project team environment.

What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and proven experience in land development and civil engineering project management. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Columbus, Ohio.
