We are looking for a highly proficient Client Services Consultant to enhance our team.

In this role, you will be tasked with delivering technical support and consulting services to our clients, ensuring their IT systems operate seamlessly and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance to clients through various communication channels
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Work collaboratively with the Tier 1 support team to escalate and address issues promptly
  • Proactively oversee and maintain client systems to avert potential complications
  • Execute regular system maintenance and updates for clients
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for all IT-related inquiries
  • Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and propose recommendations to improve client satisfaction
  • Record all client interactions and solutions in our CRM system
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry developments to provide optimal solutions to clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or consulting capacity
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous

Contract Details:
This is a contractor position. The consultant will be expected to work onsite at client locations as necessary.
