Position Overview

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Legal Associate at WorkInjuryRights.ComTM, allowing for some remote work flexibility. The Legal Associate will be tasked with delivering legal counsel, performing case research, and negotiating settlements. Daily responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, preparing clients for hearings and depositions, collaborating with your legal team, and guiding your assigned team; formulating and executing case strategies; and maintaining client communication.

Requirements

  • Proficient in conducting legal research and analyzing case law
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Strong writing and document drafting skills
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution and a valid license to practice law in Florida
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Florida Workers' Compensation Law
