Job Title: Community Director

Join Lakeshore Employment Inc. as a Community Director and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills. As a Community Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of our residential communities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and assistant community managers to ensure the smooth operation of our communities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property visits to evaluate compliance with community policies and ensure that all aspects of the community are meeting the highest standards.
  • Manage budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams, managing budgets, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
