Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Lead technical design for Ecommerce, Retail POS, Order Management, and Product Information Management, leveraging expertise in retail systems and technology integration.">
  • Serve as a key technical advisor, effectively communicating complex concepts and making strategic recommendations to business stakeholders and technical teams.">
  • Drive integration efforts, leveraging best practices in API management and third-party integrations (REST/GraphQL/SOAP) to enable seamless data flow and system interoperability.">
  • Navigate ambiguity and prioritize tradeoffs, demonstrating a business-oriented approach that balances technical excellence with customer impact.">
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new technology platforms, contributing to the continuous improvement of Tuckernuck's technology architecture and operational efficiency.">
  • Mentor and coach team members, sharing expertise in retail technology solutions and integration patterns to enhance overall team capabilities and project outcomes.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering discipline (Master's preferred)">
  • 8+ years of experience in technical solution architecture, particularly within the retail or e-commerce domain">
  • Proven track record of designing and integrating complex systems, including ERP, OMS, PIM, and POS, with a business-focused approach">
  • Extensive experience with APIs and third-party integrations, with a deep understanding of integration patterns and data flow management">
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams">
  • Ability to grow and cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business">
  • An active, detail-oriented, team player who believes that no task is too small for the benefit of the greater good">

Salary and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package based on qualifications, classified as full-time salaried; exempt and not eligible for overtime. Salary range $120,000 - $180,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
