We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Solutions Architect Lead to join our team at Analytica. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with expertise in designing and implementing complex cloud-based solutions using Java and/or Python.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with federal law enforcement clients to architect and develop secure, containerized CI/CD cloud solutions. They will be responsible for building mission-critical government software platforms that support law enforcement and homeland security functions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale enterprise software applications using Java - Springboot or Python.
  • Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and system teams to evaluate, assess, and implement transformational application architectures and software development practices.
  • Develop and implement application modernization and transformation approaches for legacy systems.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for AWS cloud application development and refactoring, DevSecOps, CI/CD for infrastructure, software, and data pipelines.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering cloud-based solutions and working with law enforcement clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience developing and testing large-scale enterprise software applications.
  • 6+ years of experience developing production applications using Java - Springboot or Python.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining AWS Cloud infrastructure in a medium to large enterprise.
  • Strong knowledge of concepts, methodologies, and best practices in software development and cloud computing.
