We are seeking an exceptional Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead our Public Sector team, collaborating closely with the Sales team. This visionary leader will oversee a growing team of experienced Solution Architects, driving the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern platforms and technologies, preferably in Search, Security, APM, and Logging. Strong leadership skills, a grasp of distributed systems, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and growing the Solutions Architecture team
  • Providing onboarding support, training, and self-directed education programs
  • Driving the value proposition for Elastic Solutions within our community and customers
  • Communicating and aligning key product insights across business functions

About You

We're looking for someone with at least 2+ years of experience managing a Solutions Architect team. Proven success in leading and growing teams is crucial. Your ability to articulate the benefits of modern platforms and technologies will set you apart.

What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $129,000 - $196,000 USD, plus a variable component, comprise the On-Target Earnings (OTE). Our total rewards package includes a company-matched 401k, a range of other benefits, and a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.
