We are seeking a full-time Program Administrator who will play a crucial role in overseeing the comprehensive execution of assessments, development, implementation, management, and delivery of Program Services. This position will report directly to the PMH Assistant Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities of the Program Administrator:
- Ensure all programs adhere to regulatory compliance and accountability standards.
- Supervise Director-level staff to maintain program compliance and accountability.
- Coordinate training for Director-level employees regarding licensing regulations and PMH policies.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of individual records to ensure completeness and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor, evaluate, and supervise service delivery.
- Be available on-call for program emergencies and support needs.
- Engage in the Individual Plan (IP) process, including development, team reviews, and implementation in line with the 6400 regulations.
- Oversee the creation and execution of Individual Program Plans.
- Coordinate Licensing Reviews for Intellectual Disability and Behavioral Health Programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Executive Director.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- A minimum of five years of supervisory experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- A Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with five years of direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
OR
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, coupled with ten years of direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
