Casa Real Center - Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our interdisciplinary team. As a LPN, you will work closely with physicians, social workers, dieticians, and other healthcare professionals to provide efficient and effective nursing care.

**Responsibilities:**

* Deliver high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
* Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition
* Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
* Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff
* Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders

**Qualifications:**

* Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
* Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
* Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing
* Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility
