Casa Real Center - Santa Fe, NM is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and building meaningful relationships with patients, residents, and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction
* Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition
* Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
* Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff
* Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
* Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
* Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
* Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
