Patient Care Advocate

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to join our team of clinical support staff. As a Patient Care Advocate, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients in taking back their lives by helping them understand their treatment options and providing support in a positive and results-driven atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between patients and their providers to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face patient experiences at our clinics, providing a stellar customer service.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and provide guidance on mental health status and medication history.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
