Established Pediatric Practice Seeks BC/BE Pediatrician
An established privately owned pediatric group in central NJ is seeking a full-time and part-time board certified/eligible pediatrician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pediatrician looking to establish a long-term practice in a busy and rapidly growing community.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package for this position includes a salary ranging from $190,000 to $250,000 based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. This includes malpractice insurance, paid occurrence, $1500 CME allowance, and 401K matching after one year of employment. Subsidized health insurance is also available to support employees' overall well-being.

About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting routine check-ups, and managing acute illnesses. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. The schedule will include flexible daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, as well as traditional hours from 9 am to 6 pm for full-time positions.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must be board certified or eligible, possess a valid NJ license, and have credentialing with major insurances. A background in pediatrics and knowledge of child health management principles are essential for success in this role. Experienced candidates are preferred but not required.
