About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with Fidelity clients to build effective relationships through calling and engaging warm leads. You will guide inactive and active 401(k) participants through all their available options, introducing them to Fidelity's services and products. As you develop relationship-building and industry expertise, you'll advance to taking consultative inbound calls from current customers, providing personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with Fidelity clients through profiling and utilizing consultative skills during client interactions
  • Guide inactive and active 401(k) participants through available options and introduce them to Fidelity's services and products
  • Take consultative inbound calls from current customers, providing personalized guidance and support
Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer relations experience, including sales process knowledge and warm lead handling
  • Knowledge or experience in sales or consultative relationship processes
  • Demonstrate accountability and goal-oriented mindset
Salary Estimate:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
