Strong mathematical and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are also required.

About the Role:

This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and resolving discrepancies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing budgets, and verifying transaction accuracy. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with various departments to support business initiatives and processing accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for local group entities and headquarters.
  • Analyze budgets and other financial information to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Accounting/Finance and Administration (3-5 years).
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Competitive salary ($63,000 - $80,000 per year).
