Expectations include delivering regulatory and executive documentation while ensuring outcomes align with program strategies, simplification efforts, and the introduction of new capabilities.
The Initiative Planning Lead is tasked with coordinating all funding requests for NTCO initiatives. This role supports the annual initiative planning process and manages in-year change controls. Collaborating with Change Managers, Operations Leaders, and Technology partners, the lead will create and submit new funding requests across all Lines of Business, including Global Markets, Global Payments, Wealth Management, Consumer, and Global Operations. Responsibilities also include facilitating business case development, prioritization, technology sizing, and risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establishes program controls, processes, procedures, reporting schedules, decision governance frameworks, and collaborative methods with key stakeholders.
• Collaborates closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and designated project managers to define the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new transformation initiatives.
• Monitors the execution of assigned tasks by tracking program milestones and statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against established key performance indicators.
• Analyzes, evaluates, and mitigates program risks while generating program reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identifies essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Collaborates with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, leading negotiations for effective and efficient resolutions.
• Engages with stakeholders to provide transparency regarding project issues and decisions on services, fostering positive relationships, asking insightful questions, and utilizing tools to uncover root causes of challenges, identify opportunities, and make informed recommendations.
