Job Title: Program Manager (Endometriosis Diagnostic Development)

As a critical member of the Aspira Labs, Inc. R&D team, the Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company's innovation and product development strategy for its Endometriosis Diagnostic. This position requires a strong leader who can coordinate cross-functional activities, advance the diagnostic from research to clinical validation, regulatory submission, commercialization, and post-marketing studies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing programs from ideation to completion, managing integrated project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Effective communication with executives and staff is essential, as is compliance with company policies and procedures related to innovation and product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a cross-functional, integrated strategic project plan for the Endometriosis Diagnostic program, including timelines, deliverables, and budget.
  • Establish and monitor OKRs (corporate and departmental objectives and key responses) and timelines for Endometriosis Diagnostic program activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams by casting a clear vision of project objectives/priorities and motivating the team to achieve them.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document program-related team meetings, including issuance of agenda, action items, meeting minutes, team communications, etc.

The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the program deliverables and milestones are met on time and on budget, while maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
