The Enovis Co-op program is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Co-ops in Surgical R&D. As a Co-op, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop valuable skills in product development, design, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Product Development Engineers in designing and developing orthopedic implants and instruments for hip, knee, and shoulder applications.
  • Participate in surgeon symposia, focus groups, and KOL meetings to gather feedback and insights.
  • Contribute to road mapping projects and assist in creating product designs using 3D modeling software.
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and report to upper management.
  • Maintain design history files, including design input documents, validation plans, and test protocols.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present ideas and designs to cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software and design tools.
