We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at the Sweaty Betty store in Georgetown, DC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating positive and memorable experiences for customers, driving sales, and supporting the initiatives of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a welcoming and engaging store environment that meets the needs of our customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales.
- Support visual merchandising, store maintenance, and operational excellence.
- Participate in sales initiatives, promotions, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business.
- 1+ year of customer service and/or retail experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Competitive hourly rate: $17-$19/hr.
