About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Allen Edmonds. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships & Exceptional Customer Experiences: Assist customers by demonstrating products, emphasizing features and benefits, and actively building a strong service atmosphere.
  • Provide Store Presentation Support: Perform tasks including stock work, visual display, and daily store operations, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
  • Possess Drive & Self-Motivation: Consistently work towards strategic goals, maintain a focus on self-development, and push for achievement.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail store sales, customer service/hospitality environment, or a comparable brand environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter who can effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Physical Requirements & Environment
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Ability to use step stools and/or ladders of varying sizes to reach inventory in stock room.
  • Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
