Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to join our team at The CGC Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including policy implementation, recruitment, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Conduct recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Develop and implement effective interviewing techniques to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Hiring Process Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • HR Process Improvement: Develop and implement action plans to address HR-related challenges and improve overall HR processes.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Assist in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Support initiatives to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Assist with HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Work Schedule: Part-time position, 25 hours per week, 5 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
  • Compensation: $25 an hour, paid every Friday, with options for dental, vision, and 401k.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices; experience in conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop action plans and implement effective HR solutions; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
