We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs using the nursing process, implementing effective care plans and evaluating their success.
  • Collect and analyze data from healthcare members, documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Develop and revise patient care plans in response to evaluation findings and changes in medical plans.
  • Perform interventions according to prioritized tasks, hospital policies, and patient care outcome standards.
  • Exercise clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs.
Requirements for Success
  • A current RN or LPN license for the state in which you practice.
  • A valid PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • A current BLS card.
  • Prior experience as a nurse is preferred, but not required.
Salary and Benefits
