Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our fast-paced IMC unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing, with experience in managing complex medical and surgical patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the IMC unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current MD license
  • 2 years of experience in IMC nursing
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • NIH and TCAR certifications
  • Experience with Cerner electronic medical records
  • Previous charge nurse experience
