Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities in the Pasadena, MD area with a flexible schedule that you control. This means you can choose to work in any of our partner facilities and pick the shifts you want.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
  • Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
  • Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs
  • Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents
  • Administering and properly verifying medications and monitoring their effects
  • Reviewing residents' charts and medical records
  • Assisting with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
  • Maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies
  • Participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Helping with the orientation and training of medical staff
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Maryland state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school diploma (or GED/equivalent)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
