Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Chimes is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing formal behavior management plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and providing behavioral consultation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of formal behavior management plans
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify the underlying causes of problem behaviors
  • Provide behavioral consultation services to staff and individuals served
  • Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of behavior management plans
  • Train staff members on the implementation of behavior management plans
  • Monitor behavior data and provide descriptive progress notes
Requirements:
  • Certification as a BCBA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
