Job Title: Behavior Analyst

Access Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Northampton County. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic services to children and youth who are experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services and has a strong commitment to working with families to help children learn positive coping skills. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, be licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and have current clinical certification as a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of the function of behaviors and apply applied behavior analytic principles to interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address targeted behaviors.
  • Supervise and train behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Review and analyze data to determine changes needed to behavioral interventions.
  • Model adherence to the BACB code of ethics and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, human behavior).
  • Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA.
  • 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services.
  • Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance.
Benefits:
  • Base salary: $72,000.
  • Incentive rate: BCBA's are required to work 80 monthly billable hours. Any billable hours above 80/monthly (every 4 weeks), will be paid at the incentive rate of $80-$100 hourly.
