Job Summary

The Account Manager is a key member of the CAMP team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with aircraft operator customers. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers to ensure their success with CAMP's solutions.
    • Provide expert guidance and support to customers, addressing their technical and business needs.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Maintain a deep understanding of CAMP's technology and its applications in various operational situations.
    • Communicate the value proposition of CAMP's solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Account Management
    • Collaborate with the team to conduct account setup, manage system integration, and implement CAMP programs.
    • Document account activity accurately and consistently in CRM.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Work with service providers to resolve issues related to the use of CAMP's solutions between customers, their service providers, and platform integration partners.
    • Thoroughly understand customer issues, provide solutions, and address concerns.
  • Business Development
    • Conduct regular account reviews with customers to analyze account activity and identify opportunities to speed adoption and full utilization of CAMP's solutions.
    • Develop programs in support of revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate work progress and customer requirements to manager and CAMP team on a regular basis.
    • Provide account summaries and analysis to review with manager.

Requirements

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent telephone, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Able to present information and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
  • Business Acumen and Technical Aptitude
    • Strong business acumen and curiosity about the prospects business.
    • Eager to learn and apply new technology.
    • Proven technical aptitude or ability.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building
    • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Able to establish trust and maintain effective relationships with customers at multiple levels in the customer organization.
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience using spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets/etc), presentation software (PowerPoint or similar), aviation software, CRM tool (HubSpot), issue tracking system (ZenDesk), Pendo.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Self-motivated; able to take ownership of tasks and achieve results with little direct oversight.
    • Ability to interact effectively as a team member and with other departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
