Job Summary:

The Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) is seeking a highly skilled and personable Client Relations Manager to support the accreditation process for all accreditation programs. This individual will be responsible for educating clients on the flexibility and capabilities of ACHC, with the goal of developing strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to all clients from initial inquiry through all phases of the accreditation process for all programs.
  • Process accreditation documents through all phases of the process within established time frames, in accordance with established policies and related Work Instructions.
  • Score data collection documents and develop clear, concise summaries of findings, including appropriate recommendations to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on all program standards and accreditation policies and procedures.
  • Review and recommend changes to department policies and associated control documents to maintain the integrity of departmental processes.
  • Revise policies and control documents, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two-year Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) in a business-related field, with three years of relevant work experience in a business setting, or a high school education with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a business setting.
  • Prior customer service experience required, with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Experience working with computer systems, with proficient use of database and other office system programs; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail and organizational skills.
