Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for managing a single major function or multiple smaller functions that provide business support to nursing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of clinical managers and/or high-level professional/administrative exempt and nursing supervisory personnel.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate processes related to performance improvement, staffing effectiveness, fiscal management, staff competence, and customer service outcomes within designated units/services.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements/standards are communicated, implemented, and monitored.
  • Model customer service excellence and provide input into the development and revision of departmental organizational design.
  • Initiate or recommend personnel actions such as hires, fires, and disciplines for assigned areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Three years of progressive nursing experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
