As a Service Center Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and staffing our Service Center activities, ensuring efficient and economical operations consistent with corporate objectives. You will inspect and measure Service Center performance, identify opportunities or problem areas, and develop solutions. You will also maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers, analyze revenue statistics, and identify sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need knowledge of the LTL/Transportation industry, experience managing drivers and dock workers, and experience managing a sales staff. You will also need to have been responsible for developing and following a budget.
