Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy Formulation:
- Design and execute extensive revenue growth plans that align with the organization's objectives.

- Work alongside the CFO and executive leadership to establish revenue goals and project growth.
Sales Leadership:
- Direct the sales team, including setting objectives, tracking performance, and offering guidance and support.

- Manage significant client relationships and negotiate high-stakes agreements to boost revenue.
- Develop a robust sales framework; streamline sales operations and translate targets into actionable plans for all sales management levels.

- Refine current marketing strategies and create new channels at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Establish and implement both short-term and long-term sales strategies, including market segments, objectives, tracking systems, and KPIs to monitor pipeline growth and deal conversion.
- Lead and manage the CRM process throughout the customer journey.
- Ensure alignment among sales, customer success, and marketing technology, including processes, integrations, and reporting.
Marketing and Brand Development:
- Guide the marketing team in crafting and executing brand positioning, digital marketing, and demand generation strategies.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, brand visibility, and customer acquisition.
- Establish a strong demand generation framework, ensuring a consistent influx of qualified leads through contemporary inbound marketing techniques.
- Implement and refine modern marketing attribution models to accurately assess the impact of marketing efforts across all platforms.
- Ensure collaboration between sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer acquisition process and improve the overall customer experience.
- Continuously assess and integrate innovative marketing technologies and tools to foster efficiency and creativity in marketing operations.
Customer Success and Retention:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the customer journey. Identify opportunities and devise strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction, thereby enhancing retention and loyalty.
- Establish programs to identify and mitigate churn risks, ensuring high levels of customer engagement.
- Monitor customer success metrics and initiatives, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Construct the revenue operations framework to support the entire customer journey.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on key revenue metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide regular updates to the executive team regarding revenue performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance strategies and tactics, ensuring ongoing improvement and growth.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and customer success professionals.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the revenue organization.
- Ensure the team has access to the necessary tools, training, and resources to achieve their objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated experience as a Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Growth Officer, or similar executive role in a high-growth organization, ideally within the healthcare or revenue cycle management sector.
- Proven success in driving substantial revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong grasp of sales, marketing, and customer success principles, with a history of fostering revenue growth.
- Experience in engaging with hospital systems is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the revenue cycle management sector, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM and other sales/marketing tools; strong data analytics skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and support team members across various locations.
