Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at Cogency Global Inc. This role requires a strong background in corporate and customer service, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients in using our proprietary applications, providing training and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with public offices and commercial agents to facilitate client needs.
  • Review and analyze legal documentation, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Multi-task effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior corporate knowledge and paralegal experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
